What You Might Be Feeling Right Now

Maybe your mind will not stop. It races from one worst-case scenario to the next, building catastrophes out of nothing. Maybe you lie awake at night running through everything that could go wrong tomorrow, next week, next year. Maybe your chest tightens for no reason. Maybe your hands shake. Maybe you have canceled plans because the thought of being around people felt impossible.

You might be exhausting yourself trying to control everything because if you let go for one second, something terrible will happen. You might be snapping at the people you love because you are running on fumes and fear. You might be smiling at work while inside you are screaming.

Maybe you have tried deep breathing, meditation apps, positive thinking, and none of it has worked because nobody has helped you find the root. Everyone keeps treating the symptoms. Nobody asks why the fear is there in the first place.

Your anxiety is not who you are. It is something that happened to your thinking. And what happened to your thinking can be changed.

My Approach to Anxiety

I do not treat symptoms. I find roots. Every anxiety has a root thought underneath it, a belief you absorbed somewhere along the way that tells you the world is not safe, that you are not enough, that disaster is always one breath away. Most of the time, you do not even know that thought is there. It runs in the background like software you never installed.

Together, we find that root thought. We bring it into the light. We look at where it came from, who planted it, and whether it is actually true. Spoiler: it almost never is. Fear is a liar. Your courage is the truth.

I use a combination of spiritual principle, energy work, and 40 years of experience sitting with people who thought they would never feel calm again. I do not give you coping mechanisms. I help you transform the thing that is causing you to need coping mechanisms in the first place.

This is not about learning to live with anxiety. This is about understanding it, disarming it, and reclaiming the peace that has always been yours.

What to Expect

We will sit together on Zoom for 30 minutes. You talk, I listen. There is no judgment, no homework, no pressure. If your thoughts are scattered, that is fine. If you are not sure where to start, that is fine too. I will guide the conversation gently.

I will ask you what your anxiety feels like, not in clinical terms but in your words. When does it show up? What triggers it? What does it tell you? And underneath all of that: what are you really afraid of?

You do not need to have answers. You do not need to understand your anxiety before we begin. That is my job. Your only job is to show up and be honest.

By the end of our conversation, you will already begin to see your anxiety differently. Not as an enemy, but as a signal pointing you toward something that needs healing.
