What membership carries
A full curriculum of courses is being built now.
The circle comes first. A room where you can leave a good thought, say the thing you are proud of, and be answered by people who have carried what you carry. Janice reads it herself, and anything that arrives to tear someone down does not stay.
Then the classes grow into workshops and live seminars, with certificates that mean something because the work behind them was real, and an announcement to the circle every time somebody finishes.
After that, the part Janice cares about most. Scholarships, so that a member who has already been through it can quietly pay the way for somebody who cannot. And in time, a nonprofit able to do the plain, unglamorous good that changes a month: an electric bill covered, a week of childcare, a full pantry.
