Maybe you've always known this, or maybe it's new, a sudden awakening triggered by loss, illness, or a moment of clarity you can't explain.
You might be questioning everything, your religion, your upbringing, the beliefs you were handed as a child. Maybe you left a faith tradition that no longer fits and you're standing in the space between what you were taught and what you're beginning to discover is true. That space can feel lonely.
Perhaps you have a spiritual practice but it has gone flat. You meditate, you pray, you read, but you're going through the motions. You remember when it felt alive, and you want that aliveness back. Or maybe you've never had a practice and you don't know where to begin. The books, the teachers, the terminology, it all feels overwhelming.
Maybe people around you don't understand. They think it's a phase, or they're uncomfortable with the changes they see in you. You feel like you're outgrowing your own life.
That restlessness isn't a problem. It is your spirit calling you home.
I've spent more than 40 years on this path. I have studied with teachers, sat in silence, walked through my own dark nights of the soul, and come out the other side with one unshakable truth: the light you're looking for is already inside you. My job is to help you reconnect with it.
I don't follow one religion or one tradition. I draw from spiritual principle that runs through all wisdom traditions, the universal truth that lives underneath the labels. Whether you come from Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, New Thought, twelve-step spirituality, or no tradition at all, there's a place for you in this work.
Together, we explore what your spirit is asking of you. We look at the beliefs that are blocking your growth, the fears that keep you playing small, and the old stories about God, about yourself, about the universe, that no longer serve you. We replace them with truth.
This isn't passive. Spiritual growth requires courage. It asks you to look at yourself with radical honesty, to release what no longer serves you, and to step into a version of yourself that may terrify the people around you. I will walk with you through all of it.
I also integrate energy work, meditation guidance, and intuitive insight into our sessions. This isn't just intellectual. It is experiential. You will feel the shift, not just think about it.
We will sit together on Zoom for 30 minutes. You talk, I listen. There's no judgment, no dogma, no pressure to believe anything specific. You bring wherever you are, and that's exactly where we start.
I will ask you what brought you here. What's stirring in you? What are you seeking? What, if anything, has your spiritual life looked like up to this point? These aren't tests. There are no wrong answers. I'm just getting to know your soul.
You might find that things come up you weren't expecting. That's normal. Spiritual growth tends to loosen what's buried. If emotions surface, if questions arise that you have never asked aloud, that isn't a problem. That's the work beginning.
By the end of our conversation, you will know if this path calls to you. If it does, we will talk about what going deeper looks like, whether that means regular sessions, a reading practice, meditation guidance, or intensive spiritual direction.
